Zijne Eminentie Raymond Kardinaal Burke zal nu op 6 november 2011 naar Nederland komen

Zijne Eminentie Raymond Kardinaal Burke is door onvoorziene omstandigheden niet in staat op 17 september aanstaande de Pontificale Hoogmis in de St. Agnes te Amsterdam te celebreren

Daarentegen zal Zijne Eminentie Raymond Kardinaal Burke thans op speciale uitnodiging van Zijne Hoogwaardige Excellentie Mgr. Punt, Bisschop van Haarlem-Amsterdam op Zondag 6 november aanstaande een Pontificale Hoogmis in de St. Agnes te Amsterdam celebreren.

Wij zijn zeer verheugd en dankbaar jegens Zijne Eminentie Raymond Kardinaal Burke dat hij ondanks de onvoorziene verhindering en een drukke agenda op zo'n korte termijn de gelegenheid heeft gevonden om alsnog naar de St. Agnes in Amsterdam te komen. Wij zijn tevens Zijne Hoogwaaerdige Excellentie Mgr Punt zeer dankbaar dat hij daartoe heeft bemiddeld en Zijne Eminentie als gastheer in de St. Agnes wenst te ontvangen.

Helaas, komen hiermee alle andere activiteiten die rond zaterdag 17 september 2011 waren gepland te vervallen.

His Eminence Raymond Cardinal Burke will now travel to the Netherlands on November 6th, 2011

Due to unforeseen circumstances, His Eminence Raymond Cardinal Burke will not be able to attend the celebrations in St. Agnes' in Amsterdam on September 17th .

However, by special invitation of His Reverend Excellency Mgr. Punt, Bishop of Haarlem-Amsterdam, His Eminence Raymond Cardinal Burke will celebrate the Pontifical High Mass in St. Agnes Church in Amsterdam on coming November 6th.

We are most pleased and thankful to His Eminence Raymond Cardinal Burke that, despite the unforeseen circumstances and his busy schedule he found some time left at short notice for travelling to Saint Agnes Church in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are also very thankful to our Bishop, His Reverend Excellency Mgr Punt, for his mediation by hosting His Eminence in the St. Agnes.

Unfortunately, herewith all other activities for Saturday September 17th will be cancelled.
